You could be right there Szaba. However, it does say the shares in the company which hold the leases are used as collateral. We have had a bit of experience recently in separating the underlying asset vs the shares in the holding company, which can get a bit murky?
IMV FAR have a valid contractual claim to the underlying asset due to non payment of JV expenses.
By the lack of an announcement by FAR today, it would be assumed by investors that there is no material change to our involvement in the Gambian blocks.
