Speculation is fun. Can you (or FAR) guarantee that no data is being collected by the vessel and it's crew when it crosses the border?
You say the claim that the 3D ship is over the gambian acreage for some purpose is "without basis" - the basis is "where the ship is actually going/has been", it has been/is passing over the full length and breadth of the Gambia blocks when it can tun around easily within 10km.
There remains no explanation for the observed behaviour hence speculation is fair game IMO.
If its not FAR or WPL could it be the Gambian and Senegal governments or another 3rd party? How did you verify that it was not WPL?
