Police is suspecting a nature conservation crime at the mining region to be in Valkeakoski

There is an active police investigation about tree clearing in Kaapelinkulma in the region of the protected butterfly. This has developed since Dragon’s application, where only a request was announced.

The new version from 12.10.2017 includes information, that country manager has invited to the police. There is also a list of possible sentences. After visiting the place and reviewing authority data, my opinion is that the case is worse than Dragon’s law expert expects.

Social permit in Kapelinkulma project
In contrast what is stated in the competent persons statement III page 346
there are problems with local people have appealed Kaapelinkulma environmental permit to be opened for
reexamination.
