I heard there are about 400 police involved in the search for the shooter

It's such a terrible crime for us all.

However is it easy to see a police car or uniform people coming searching for you if you were him. Flashing lights are helping him to hide.

I believe he would be long gone from the area, and the search should be conducted by people who blend in and unmarked transport.

Maybe he is on a Yacht to his homeland like Tony was. ( The man they are about to let free)

Scary that we have let so many of these non law respecting people into Australia.
