Thanks for the insider view blueknight my cousin was a ploicewomen for 2 years,then resighed all too hard,the shifts,the travel from country to city,ect i only read the papers,watch t.v i cant take a sickie without a doctors okay now. i,m sure the politicans dont want to loose there entitlements- it all starts from the top down actually the australian ran a article saying the police really want to get away from rouge collegues and commanders who they cant work with,and use ptsd as a way out- a golden parachute makes sense,i hate my boss too- thanks for your commitment to the job
