    Just heard on 9:00am news, a court found that when Police raided Linc office back in February they did not have the appropriate warrants to sieze computers and backup tapes.

    However the decision by the court has been put on hold, further proceedings today.

    Maybe this could mean any information found on the siezed computers may not be admissable as evidence of any possible offence.
