Hey, fone geeks, if I get myself a camera and get the permission of some 13year old girl's parent to photograph her nude and call it art, would that be legitimate? This is a precedent for any idiot to do the same thing. Give in to the "artist" and you give in to everyone. The act is illegal. Full stop. It is illegal because it is also morally wrong -that's why we've got laws: to protect our morals, which I'm fully aware they're not universal but they are in existence here, in Oz and at this point in time. Break them and you do so at your peril and the peril of a society. You may try and change them but you should only do this through the legal channels -and that's why they exist.
