So which 15 deaths and injuries could have been avoided if the people were actually travelling 1 kmph less?
they have all the data on each accident...so should be able to specify the 15 that would have been saved....
So XXXX accident happened at the car was travelling at 107 km/ph... if they were travelling at 106..they would have survived....etc..
pure revenue raising IMO
