Police woman gets bashed., page-9

I do not know the full event , but from what I saw I am ashamed with the behaviour of the police woman who did not assist in apprehending the gentleman , she was running in then running away as her partner gets her head kicked in , instead of putting the gentleman in a head lock or pepper spraying him effectively .
I Had dealings with an officious fat policewoman at a fatal accident this time last year who also was a liability getting emotional at the accident scene , may be good for PR and for being PC but hopeless as an effective public servant .
I would be fearful of going out on patrol with either of the above woman , be better off alone .
