Is it my imagination but isn't IronClad becoming even more top...

Is it my imagination but isn't IronClad becoming even more top heavy with more jobs for the boys sucking the life out of the investors? Project Managers, project directors, CEO, CFO, COO, etc etc. where are all the Indians who will be doing the work?
What happened to all the other finchie pinch hitters that have been and gone? They were so good at the time we all heard about their qualities and having it done by Christmas? Heard that before, hmmmmm??
I'm not sure but haven't they got the Mine Licence, back in January? It would seem even the mighty WR can't put the rocks in the ground, or get them to market.
