Definitely the appointment of PM Hussein and the new cabinet has been a key development in the evolution of the political landscape of Somalia, and we are seeing a number of positive media reports about this.
The govt has just relocated to the capital of Mogadishu which is an important move.
Saw on the web that tomorrow the US Special Envoy for Somalia, Ambassador John Yates, is scheduled to deliver a speech "The US view on current events in Somalia", should be interesting. Transcript should be on the US State dept web site.
