Tincom wants to do the deal otherwise they wouldnt have gone this far, I think they can get it over the line, whats 1.5million in the overall scheme of things, but that would add a lot of confidence to the SP, rather be buying in now then when its annouced and expect to pay TINCOMs 5.2c+, thats my thoughts anyway.

Also dont read too much into KOS responses, what can he say in all honesty without breaching disclosure laws.
