Logco....not that your comments have anything to do with the quality of their journalism, but common sense would dictate that the reason why employees working for the ABC, (or any other government subsidised entity) receive higher rates of superannuation, or other additional perks, is because they are taking a substantial pay cut in choosing to work for these organisations. if they were to work for Sky for example, they would likely receive higher rates of pay, but would lIkely have to sacrifice some journalistic integrity also.

just another comment I would make, there seems to be a number of people above critiquing the ABC whilst also quoting the likes of the Spectator, or members of the News Corp media, which really is just ridiculous . is this the most credible source you have?
