All they need is a ID method, they input their vote (in secret) and it's tallied up. If the leader of the day doesn't get the numbers, he won't know who voted it down. They'll all say, dunno Boss I voted for it, must have been so and so. Might make them earn their votes and only introduce bills they know they will get the support for. Takes away the power of the Executive and places in back in the House, where it should be.
