Mentioned the analyst note a few minutes ago, only scanned it earlier, thought it was perhaps a tad effusive, but then I listened to linked Mahathir interview, he makes it pretty clear the intention is for Lynas to move quickly thru the conditions in the six month extension (grace period if required) THEN issue a four year license: "we are not going to chase them out".
