It's hard to know what the "story" is these days. This is what I do know:-
Scott Morrison ANNOUNCED he was cancelling PEP11 on 16/12/21.
Paul Toole ANNOUNCED he was outlawing offshore exploration in NSW on 23/2/22.
I checked NEATS this morning, at JA for decision now for 438 days.
Caretaker mode is imminent.
What does that mean for PEP11? There is only one thing that is certain, the title will NOT be cancelled by May 2022.
What the incoming Government will do is the $64M question.
