    It would be killing the golden goose to so woudl mean that no foreign investors would build mines in SA resulting in reduction in investment, output and TAXES

    howeevr Soverign risk can happen just look at the news out of mongolia today over 100 mining licenses revoked by the nation due to environmental impacts ouchh just as mongolia was being touted as a safe resource haven
