Not sure of the relevance of your comment in the light of Cougar's current legal action. Not helpful Jan. My guess is that Govt/DERM threw in the fractured casing thingie as an afterthought to create (1) a red herring, and (2) provide some justification for their outrageous decision to shut Cougar down at short notice. I'd like to think that the legal eagles acting for Cougar will see through that one.

(And just as an aside.... My take on the so-called expert qualifications of the so-called ISP ...... Bwahahahahaha!) And that in turn reminds me of something Keith Williams once said to me. Definition of an expert... Ex is a has-been, and spurt is a drip under pressure.
