Real locals would know when the elections will be held. Sorry OMG, you won't count in that band however much you are still connected there.

The reason is that there will be very highly visible indications of very subtle nuances publicly displayed that will give away the secret of the election date. The wild speculation in the press is not one of those indications. It is only a wild guess.

I find this following as a very good indicator. My opinion only. Not an advice.
