I think with the military it won't matter to much who is in power as the decision to apply FR on uniforms is likely to be undertaken at a DoD level or the US Marines command level. And frankly if its only $10mUSD to supply the marines with FR that's a pretty good deal - its probably the cost of a couple of tanks.

One impact however of Biden winning could be a very possible lockdown in the US late January - and that may grind production and testing to a halt in certain areas - particularly at Pine Belt if trials aren't completed by then and potentially some supply issues in other areas and also testing with FR sock and TMSS. I think any vaccine will take some time to roll out as well, so a lockdown wouldn't surprise. I see some European countries are now looking at what was done in Melbourne.

Biden is more environmentally aware also so that may aid things over the longer term with potential legislation etc ...
