Yep. Some of my neighbour who are second generation land holders are walking away with 8 figure sums for only parts of their acreage holdings.
Good on them. One of the wealthiest guys in the area still pedals his bicycle to the shops and sells horse poo outside his front gate. If you did not know him you would think he was homeless. Has plastic bags on his handle bars filled with rubbish he collects on the way to the shops.
