As far as politics goes the election last week was a big boost for Investors. Australia has had a run of hopeless Prime Ministers and Governments on both sides. Now we have a chance, the destabiliser Abbot has gone, Julie the minister for dresses has gone and the LNP have a majority, with a weakened Labor party. Stable Government creates a stable investment market and confidence maybe the country and not just Melbourne and Sydney can get moving .

So who should pay malaga? Investors, small business, big businesses, the low income earners, middle income earners, foreigners investors.

Maybe the coalition could cut Medicare spending or something.
