I suggested a limit of ten posts a day but I can live with five as Admin has suggested.
The main reason my posting numbers rise sometimes is that I post something and someone else says it is a load of crap or completely false or both. I then feel the need to respond and they fire back and on it goes.
Or sometimes I read a post which is factually wrong and I feel the need to correct it..nothing to do with political opinions just a habit of mine.

To avoid this and raise the quality of the forum please contributors try to stick to the truth. Use facts not spin when posting and try to avoid bringing personalities into it. And use the Ignore button in preference to the TOU button though I think particularly offensive posts which breach HC guidelines should be brought to the attention of the moderators with a TOU.

Also maintain a sense of humour.
