I suggest you check with management that the 'service' you offer is something they want supplied by you. I put it to you that you are a 'serial' TOU-er , and cause for this very situation.

Almost anything political could be 'the subject of potential defamation', and therefore 'litigious'.

I hope this is not seen as a personal attack , as it is meant to highlight a point.
