Why all the hoo haa over the Adler 7 shot model lever action shotgun?
I've owned a .44 magnum lever action for yonks, it holds 9 shots and is perfectly legal.
In the wrong hands, for the wrong reasons, it could cause massive damage. Same for a truck barrelling into crowds of people like recently happened in France.
People need to get a grip. Banning these sorts of firearms doesn't make our country safer.
I would much rather see the government increase penalties for illegal use of firearms, for importing prohibited firearms, etc.
Crack down on the crims by all means. Come down hard on anyone who misuses a firearm, or threatens people with a firearm.
But leave law abiding, responsible licensed firearms owners the hell alone.
I'm sick of the government continually making political mileage out of gun owners. We are normal people and we have rights as well.
