But your comment... ?lastly the "incentive plan" is over 3 yrs ,not a big deal by my books ,long as we have growth and quality management achieving their targets? ... I would be concerned that there is too much reliance on the ?long as we have growth.etc..? part.

As crisyl indicated, I too would be more than happy to vote for huge bonuses once they deliver and not have further immediate and future dilution of the shares.
