    I'll be voting no to the directors share plan. I'm sick to death of all these guys always telling us that they have to have an incentive so that they can put in 100%. I thought that is what they are getting paid to do. If I told my employer I needed a big cash bonus before I put in the effort I would soon find myself without a job. And anyway 100 million shares is just obsene.
