I forgot you had the advantage of talking to Mike and the knowing something which confirmed your decision to vote yes. Perhaps we will now read between the lines of your post and think deeper.

I dont think they will leave for greener pastures like spoilt kids who didnt get their share of lollies. If they didnt get this resolution passed they have to try harder to convince us and do somthing about the sp. After all we invested in this company to make money not to have our shares diluted so they can have their share of lollies.
