Hi moneymaker,

I fellowed in intensive care and anaesthesia. I have no reason to lie to you... As I said... I don't hold.

I have read the main publications surrounding Msb and its therapy for ards, heart failure and lumbar back pain and I can tell you (with my expert opinion) I am not convinced of the efficacy of these treatments. Now interpreting these studys is part of my job....you can believe that or not,it's up to you.

My problems with the studies in broad terms include but are not limited to: shifting primary endpoints, failure in powering for secondary endpoints, long recruit periods, author/funding bias and in some cases admission of non superiority.

I don't have time to go through and point out every example in their literature but if you don't understand this then I suspect you are as much a moneymaker as I am a conman.
