Seems you have not comprehended the message that polls are just an indicator of sentiment at the time of the poll and have a margin of error. No-one has claimed that they are more accurate than an election result, in fact it would be nuts to do so.

The reality is that currently the govt in terms of voter sentiment is not travelling too well and that is the point the polls are reflecting. Come election time the position may be very different and the coalition may be in a better or even worse position.
