I suppose when your greatest foreign policy achievent (disregarding ISIS) is opening an embassy in Cuba, you might be in the running. Throw in Obama’s total capitulation calling stagnant growth and falling wages as the “new normal”. Good bloke, very cool and talked the talk, but he certainly had no “magic wand”. He did have a hand in stating the cop killing movement as well.
