Moseley, as it currently stands, in what way are MD and I "guessing" that this is going to court?

Where you are getting yourself worked up and confused is that I'm guessing that nothing will change, and that we will do what is factual now, which is a court appearance.

Given you try and put people down by questioning their level of education (and field for that matter), I find it laughable that for someone so "highly educated", your understanding of reality is so poor.
