That's not correct.

I base my opinions on what Management have told me and sure they haven't been definitive in what direction they are going but on face value, to me, from those conversations , the best result for Shareholders is the return of the 75% which I believe should happen.

If as many post that a buyout will happen then its a wait and see but if/when the Court procedeings start and the further they progress, then we may see a selldown in the shareprice from those who bought for the purpose of a quick return and that possibility fades away. imo .

60% of ACE with Itochu is worth more than whatever the BBros offer now for whatever imo albeit we may have to wait 2+ years for the share price to reflect full value for B4M if AGS gets the 75% returned.

I've prepared for that possible time frame. I suggest others shouldn't count their chickens before they hatch.
