    Settlement pre-trial including sale of ACE to Heathgate for a "disappointing" price. Since we're making guesses, I'll take a stab at $250 million.

    Since this debate can get a bit heated, I'll add this is only my best guess for a bit of fun, and I really won't be that surprised to see it go to trial. So please no questions on why I'm certain it'll settle etc. because I ain't:)
