MD ...i believe we'll see a resolution through the courts though a resolution on the steps is always a possability.

I add that a court resolution and the absence of a buyout is my preferred outcome. I look forward to the AGS sp in 12 months when IMO it will reflect the resurgence in the price of U308 that the projected world shortage of 2015 will bring. I suspect that that is when value will be reflected as it should.
