Same as Damo: I expect a relatively "disappointing" outcome for AGS shareholders either way.
Same opinion as Damo, perhaps with an even slightly lower outcome. But IF it would go to trial, it may even get much worse IMHO, as then follow-up legal actions could delay a FINAL outcome by many, many years - and I might not live long enough...
All JIMHO, of course.
