Regarding Res 3, how much could they ask for more CR. at 1.2c to 1.4c the current price range they would have to be talking less than 1.0c and can only offer 15% of current total ( approx 450million shares ) which would only add $45ok to the coffers ( tea money ) Todd could only buy 20% of the 450m, another 90m for $90k, so it would be a huge dilution for all , with hardly any monetary gain to move forward. IMO a very negative option, just to keep fees and salaries rolling a little longer,
