Of the 18% undecided you only need 4.1% to vote yes. Given the Yes V No still favours YES then 4.1% should win it for the YES.
Of the states, Qld will vote NO (on the back of one nation support in that state). SA and Tas likely to vote YES. WA could go either way.
The odds are that it will be a win for the YES vote.
