Looks like the paper trail has been sorted and, the disputed Resolutions re the director and his options, were defeated in the poll, as well as the upgrading of the directors fees pool.
Maybe now they can appoint someone to replace him, that has more courtesy and interest in the company, and will turn up to meetings, especially when they are up for re-election.
No more excuses guys; just do it!
