$2.55 a share maybe. I don't think the acquisition price would be under $700m with decent results. Lots can happen between now and then.
Big pharma are looking for revenue generators so aqisitions are key to their growth aspirations. If it turns out to be a cancer cure as well who knows what the price will be Sept 2018...
