both on for 10.00 am callover. 'Black Teak' is a Michael King company. The Wellington one is for 'directions' but an injuction (presumably re the meeting and its proposal) is being sought. Would be interesting to be there - posts on outcomes welcomed. Certainly ASIC is coming in late on this.
