I wonder if Kos has looked at selling the two products as a team?
I wonder if the idea that the two products have a strong industrial relationship, is playing on potential buyers minds...and them therefore wondering if having coldry without Matmor might cost them in the long run - competition via royalties to use Matmor in conjunction.

So maybe they should be sold together in a perfect world?
The recipient of BOTH products/patents would be a global monopoly. If they were split up between two competing companies, they might forever live out the RIO v's BHP war...not something to look forawrd to if you are a relatively small player.

For example, if Tincom bought one and Vale bought the other, who do you think might win a global tussle? The smaller would lose....so it might be best to own BOTH for this reason or be taken over.

Worth a thought...your posts are thought provoking and i only thought of this after reading your idea above.
