I'm sure that the deal making has become very complex for those reasons. If no problems with the FS, and deals (not just one) are pulled off in fairly rapid succession, ESI will go from nothing to huge almost overnight.

The negotiations and deals being worked through for two technolgies that appear to have the potential to dominate world wide in the short term at least (but still not proven on a commercial scale) would test experienced blue chip companies let alone ESI still in nappies. I hold but with the nagging thought, 'if it's too good to be true...'.
