Bear! This credit crisis mess isnt going to sort itself out in a hurry. We are over committed and the easy credit is gone. At some stage we are going to have to stop spending and pay back some debt. Are the banks going to follow any cut by the RBA?
Spending is going to fall, unemployment will grow and people simply wont be able to afford these over inflated prices anymore. More people will be forced to sell creating greater sell pressure. Just like our stock market.
Not sure how the baby boomer, retirement thing is going to effect things yet?
