I also recieved a call from an english accent man, which he confirmed and said he was from a communications company repesenting HDR. He went through the same stuff and asked how I was going to vote I told him he was out of order and that I was unhappy with the way the price and the way HDR had gone about things. He said he would provide feeback to HDR- got the feeling that wasn't going to happen!

So if he is telling the truth SP and the board may be feeling a little vulnerable if it looks like they can't unload their problem whatever that happens to be I guess with a no vote we are likely to find out!
