Many of you as HDR shareholders could be approached by telephone this weekend to ask your intentions of voting at the HDR shareholders' meeting 18 Dec.

Several members of our little investment club were politely asked would we vote "Yes" or "No"?? When we answered "NO" we were asked "at what share price for HDR would we vote yes"?? We have a value figure calculated for our club ,and we used this for our answer.

C, you really are something. You really expect me to believe that they'd try and privately solicit a sell price? I've heard of institution bookbuild, but what would you call this? Takeover Bargaining? Anyway, I believe ASX may something to say about it if that is true.

I'll tell them to MTOFB and tell Potter to p*ss off home if they do call, that's what I'll do.
