I am amused with those in denial of the polls, and really the UK polls getting it wrong hardly poves much when the Polls in Australia have been getting it right for as long as they have been done.

Market Research is a business, they would not exist if they couldn't produce accurate results. They hang their reputations on doing polls.

The snap poll by Morgan was and interesting result because in previous preferred PM polls Abbott & Shorten where both on around 40% and a whopping 20% was for neither or some one else.

With this latest poll Turnbull get 70% an Shorten 24% and only 6% was for neither or some one else.

A problem with the preferred PM polls between, is that some people will chose the least worse option rather than say neither but the fact that between Shorten and Abbott it was 20% for neither stands out.

While in the poll between Turbnull and Shorten the relatively small Neither preference and whopping 70% in favour of Turnbull shows people are quite convinced with Turnbull
