But if a c/r is needed for a plant etc would'nt shares holders be entitled to first issue.
Then no doubt some of those shares would find there way onto the market.
Some here are l/t otheres s/t i'd like to see it up and running and get the divys.
So say 200mil to get a plant is not a real large amount in the scale of economics of the operation.
And if and offer to share holders or funds no need to pay back any debt.
So many possibilities
