Aha... now we know why Herbert sold his Extract shares: http://fool.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/articles/200904020700139699P.html

Polo Resources Limited (AIM: PRL) was notified on April 1, 2009 that Neil Herbert, Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, purchased on the same day 2,800,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at an average price of 3.49 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the share purchases, Neil Herbert now has an interest in 32,889,286 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company

Polo is actually very good value at its current SP (and even better value as it's now holding a good chunk of Extract). However, I won't buy shares in it due to its involvement in GCM and hence in the controversial Phulbari project in Bangaldesh.

If I were Herbert, I would be tempted to make the trade he has done.

I don't think Herbert is as wealthy as Dattels or Mellon, so probably can't afford to buy these Polo shares without selling something else.

    Cheers,

    Mark
