And you know what that means don't you?

EXT must be developed to production due to the expensive takeover price that would be required.

I wholeheartedly agree that EXT is worth an enormous amount when it comes to takeover value.

Problem is that no company would be willing to outlay such an amount due to risks that would be involved in purchasing something at top dollar value.

What if the price of the commodity plummets? Then the price that was paid for the takeover doesn't make the product near as economical as one would have thought would it?

These are just some of the many complications that EXT and the JV partners would be facing right now.

No doubt that I will be burned at the stake for giving you another perspective on things rather than giving you a ramped up takeover spiel.

Looking at the chart it's not looking promising at the moment and any price movement under $6.93 would be very concerning indeed.
